Communication error with external tax system (SABRIX)

While creating new storage location for US plant, we are getting communication error.

We dont want to use SABRIX for our business, so we have remove the RFC physical connection. Still we are not able to create new storage location due to communication error.

Please advise what we can do to remove this error.
