problem installation crw32.exe not present

Hello (sorry for english i am french)

We have SAP Crystal report 11 to install on a windows XP SP3 (administrator)

No problem during installation, but at the end when we want to start CR => the file crw32.exe is not present in the directory.

No antivirus, No firewall, ...

Some ideas ?
