I am getting an error like "Table T169V: entry XXXX does not exist" while doing MIRO . i had got the same error in Development server too and the TR has been moved to Quality . But still the error occured in Quality again . kindly help as what it is .

1. Goto se11
2. Enter the table name: T169V
3. Menu item Utilities->Table contents-->Create Entries.
4. Click on the tab new entries.
5. Make the required entries and save.

Please maintain this Table T169V in DEV first.See the table in SE16N and maintain it with T-code SM30

Assign input tax code with your company code in t.code: OBCL and save.
And also set default tax code for your company code in t.code: OMR2

Check & maintain missing entry in table T169V.
Goto transaction code SM30 - T169V and maintain relevant entries missing for taxes.
Alternatively check OMR2 also.

You have to maintain the default tax code and default jurisdiction code in OMR2. it will solve your problem.
make the changes in ECD and move it to ECQ
