Field length restriction

Hi, guys.

There is the field named "ShortName" that was created on the Web level. Its length is 80 and its data is stored in fields Name_Org1 and Name_org2 of BUT000 table.

I've faced the following proplem: while creating a new customer's account I am getting an error message "The use of last 5 character in field NAME1 is restricted (>35 to 40)". Can anyone of experts help me to eliminate this warning?
