Asset Transfer issue

Dear ALL

One asset our client created which is 100% depr., after posting of Acquisition value & AFAR process , the asset net value goes to Nil.

Next, the user has been processed to transferred the same asset to another different class of asset.

My query is the Net value nil of asset, how to allow the transferred process. Please give advice of Config part or other solution
