TLB Background Job Error

Hello Experts,

I am getting this weird error message "Internal Error" as shown below when I was trying to run the TLB in the background.

But I could run the TLB in the interactive planning book perfectly. This is what I have done to run it in the background.

Went to /SAPAPO/SNP04

Assigned the Planning Book, Data View, Time Period, Selection Profile...etc exactly what I gave in the interactive planning. When I tried to execute, it is saying "Internal Error"

Does anyone know what is the cause for this error and how to resolve it?

Hi Venkata,

The reasons for getting this error during TLB run is there's/are orders on a lane where the duration is smaller than the difference of the timezones. Please check SAP note 1559884 and apply the necessary corrections if its not yet available in your system.
