SAP Query post upgrade

Dear Experts,

I am new to upgrade. I read from forums that we can adjust objects in SPDD & SPAU. I have few SAP Queries (SQVI Tcode) existing in system. Can you please tell me how to handle them post upgrade? Will their functionality need to be adjusted or normally how exactly these are handled during upgrade.
