How to restart uploading from PSA

Dear Expert,

While uploading delta request from PSA , it has updated 70 % of packages to cube , remaining package failed due to BW System get down.  Should i delete yellow status from Cube & start loading from PSA. Because large number records ( crores ) , first i have uploaded upto PSA only. In PSA request is fine.

Hi Anand,

Yes, it would be better if you delete the request and reconsctruct the entire data from PSA again

Thanks for reply. Status of request is yellow , should i change status to red then delete or without changing status can i delete request.

Hi Anand,

You can make the request status red and delete it from the cube. This is the recommended approach. Even if you delete it straightway it won't be any issue.

After deleting you can repeat your DTP.

Hi Anand,

As will load again from PSA, it wont be an issue if you delete without making red

But lets follow best practices, making the status red and then deleting
