planning value in cost center was missing when routing was updated

I encountered errors when doing planning cost input with t-code KP06 and planning activity output with t-code KP26. I did the planning with those t-codes. However, all planning value I've entered were missing from the cost center report every time the production staff updated the routing with t-code CA02.

What should i do to keep my planning value from missing? Please help
