Hi there,
We have just implemented WM module into our R/3 Enterprise using the ITS standalone. Everything has been working well but when there is a wifi network disruption, the user session keeps live and the user cannot log on again.
Is there any parameter or any way to treat it?!
Thanks so much in advance,
Dany Anderson
If the ICM session were left hanging in limbo I would either kill them or wait until they time out.
You can always do a hard restart of the Standalone ITS and cleanup the ICM sessions in R/3

You need to make sure that ICM releases the connetions after such incident... the best way to do it is by using icm parameter icm/keep_alive_timeout
You can also add the TIMEOUT switch to the icm/server_port_X parameter
