Pricing Procedure Determination

Dear experts,

Usually in pricing procedure determination (OVKK), we are using condition type "Pricing condition type" PR00 only.

Why we are using only PR00?

Your Question is, Why we are using only PR00?

Its not mandatory to use PR00, you can can use other condition type.

Actually for standard Price sap use PR00 condition type, if you assign it in OVKK, means in the time of sales order creation you can enter the Standard price in line item screen. Its is for fast entry only. For your reference screen is mention below.

But here in pricing procedure determination maximum we are using pricing condition type PR00 only,

why we are not using discount condition type means K004.

In pricing procedure determination i can use any condition?, means discount condition type or tax condition type or any other condition type

Hi Satya,

K004 is a material discount condition, you can use any condition type in your pricing procedure but will be decided what condition to use is based on your client requirement.

Most client has th e requirement of fast entry of PR00. But you can use any condition type in OVKK for which you want fast entry. It may be discount, freight, basic price any thing as per your requirement.

Hi Satya,

standard SAP price condition is PR00, if you want you can copy PR00 and rename it has ZPR0 and use the same in your pricing procedure.
