Automatic creation of inbound delivery

Hi All,

I want suggestion in the following process.

1.Sold-to A will send the pruchase order to Plant X.

2. So, Plant X will raise the sheduling aggrement with Sold-to A

3.But Plant X will not manufacture the ordered material.

4.So, Plant X will raise the vendor sheduling aggrement with Plant Y.

5.Plant Y will raise one more Sheduling aggrement with Sold-to as Plant X and ship-to as Customer A.

6.Plant Y will deliver the goods to Ship-to A directly against the sheduling aggrement in Plant Y.

7.Plant Y will charge the Plant X and Plant X will charge the Sold-to A.

In the above scenario, After creating the Outbound delivery in Plant Y, we want to create the automatic inbound delivery in Plant X against the Vendor sheduling aggrement which is raised in Plant X, from Plant Y.

Can you please suggest any solutions.

Thanks

You may try using standard delivery IDOCs. Let the plant Y sends the outbound IDOC to plant X and plant X in turn creates inbound delivery using function module /SPE/IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1. I have not worked automatic creation, hence recommend you to discuss with an ABAP'er. There is an OSS note that discusses about automatic creation of inbound deliveries for stock transfers using output type SPED but I am not sure to what extend this can help your scenario. Check the OSS Note 1119073 - FAQ: Automatic inbound delivery creation for stock transfers and Note 965176 - Creation of inbound delivery during two-step stock transfers

If this does not satisfy, then close this thread and post in MM forum for any further information.
