Tool for mass upload of Policies?

Hi There,

Can anyone help me suggesting the right tool to mass upload of policies. I'm not sure about using MDUG? Thanks, much appreciate your time and help.

PS: I did tried to search, but newer to this beta version of this site. Not able to find proper way of searching to my question. If you know, please share. Thanks
