Diference between FS10n Vs. FBL3N

Dear all:

I have a difference with the transaccion FS10N and FBL3n.

When I run the transaction FS10N, I have a balance, but I have not balance in FBL3n. I tried with all the solutions that I have found in internet, but i can not resolved the issue.
