How do you create and manage virtual items in inventory

Dear Experts,

Will like to have an idea about creating virtual product items in Business One Inventory as well as managing such. For instance, assuming I sell an SAP Professional License and I need to manage this or other non-physical products.

Hi,

you may use non inventory item in the service document and you can create udf in the service  document to record the item master data.

The item master data is set as sales item or purchase item or inventory item

Deselect the Inventory Item in the Item Master Data.
