Unable to access SLD

Hi

I am in Production server and I am using a service id in the name of client. Same id and password is maintained in DEV also. I am not able to access SLD from Production. I get an error about invalid credentials.

The same d has different password in Dev and we have only one SLD

Is it because we have different passwords in DEV and Production that I am unable to access SLD from Production?

    if there is a single SLD, then use the same login details which you use to access it from DEV system - the same login details will be used from sxmb_ifr - SLD from prod system because they both access the same SLD.

    if SLD is maintained in Dev system, then check if the user is locked in SU01 in DEV system. if it is locked, then unlock it and then access it from production system using dev system login details of the id you are using.
