Hi Kamal, when I were creating external person in IHS, it showed local logical system is not defined. what is this local logical system and where can i define it?
After running that transaction, open one more screen and run the transaction SU53. Could be the authorization issue. No difficulties in creating the external person. Just master data. No special logic and config involved.
