IDOC tcode for sending the material clasification

Hi Gurus,

What is the Tcode for sending the IDOC for Product_family value from material master.. i.e under classification there is value for FAMILY .i need to send to external system from IDOC.so could you please advice.

i am aware that BD10 will used to send material details.
