Time requirement for my porject

Please provide solution on the below req and let me know is it possible in R/3

Prorata, Probation & trianees every month 1 CASUAL LEAVE.

SL is not applicable to ESI eligible employees.

Leave to be carry forward upto 90, more that should be encashed to employee.

If the employee works more than 6 hours on weekly offs & public holidays, 1day C Off

Should be utilised with in 1 month, else lapse.

If the employee is late for more than 30 min or 3 occasions then leave to be deducted else half day salary to be deducted in a month.
