Problem with sapbex.xla macro

HI,

I've a problem when I try to connect with sap bex 3.x. I'm working with windows 7 x64 and with excel 2010 (I've the same software in other pcs and I haven't had problems until now). I get the following error:

cannot run the macro "sapbex.xla!toolsStatus".

I've reinstalled excel 2010 twice but the problem is the same and, the macros are enabled.

Can anybody help me?
