Selection Hide Inversion and field only in extract structure

hi...

       can anyone plz clarify in detail about this four (select hide inversion field only) option in extract structure while creating table/view???

       if suppose by using this fields( vbeln erdat erzet matkl arktx pstyv ) we created a view then in extract struct by using this (select hide inversion field only) option plz explain me in clear????

Select : Fields are available for selection at infopackage level

Hide: Fields are not extracted

Inversion – Inversion is only for Key Figures. By default, for the newly added Key figure fields the Inversion Check Box will be unchecked. We have to check it. – Why?

“Lets us suppose we have a Record R100 and Amt 5000 in R3 and we transfer it to BW Cube. The next day user changes to R100 Amt 7500. Now if we extract this particular record to BW, Amt will be shown as 17,500(5000+5000+7500), which is wrong (Amt should be 7500).

If we use Inversion check box, the previous Amt will be multiplied by -1 (that is 5000 x -1 = -5000), and then the Amt will be sent to BW, thus the record will be shown as R100 Amt 7500.”

R3                                                     BW

1. 1^st load R100 Amt 5000  -----------à     R100 Amt 5000

  2^nd load R100 Amt 7500-----------à      R100 Amt 7500 ((+5000-5000))+7500)
