HTTP_AAE get request

Hi,

I am doing an HTTP to file scenario and i am using HTTP_AAE adapter (SAP PI 7.3). I found below blog for testing purpose. But I couldn't find the tool to send HTTP request.

Please help me to get HTTP tool to test this scenario.
