I dont know what happend to my Earlier post

i dont seems to find them

that why i have created a new post

Hi all

i have a requirement where

sunday and National holiday Should be Included in leaves..

For Ex :

If a employee book a Leave from 25 january to 30 januray 2012

25 january is a National Holiday

29 january is Sunday .

Plz help me resolve this issue ..

   

In Table V_T556C

weekdays - All Checked (Monday to Sunday )

Holiday Class - Only Not a Public Holiday Checked

Day type- Only Work Acc to Work Schedule Checked

Counting Class for Period Work Schedule - All boxes is checked (0 to 9)

Daily Work Schedule Class- Boxes from 1 to 9 are checked

Daily Working Schedule Class (0) not checked ..

Planned Hours =0   (not checked)

]Planned Hours >0 (checked)

Hours and Days

Quota Multiplier 100%

You need to check Holiday class 1 also in V_T556C

Planned hours= 0 should also checked as you need to take sunday n holiday as an absence and hence in both case palnned working hours is 0...

DWS class 0 sholud also be checked...

Try this and check.

For working days(Monday-Friday/Sat)

In Table V_T556C

weekdays - All Checked (Monday to Fri/Sat )

Holiday Class - Only Not a Public Holiday Checked

Day type- Only Work Acc to Work Schedule Checked

Counting Class for Period Work Schedule - All boxes is checked (0 to 9/check whatever you maintained counting class for your PWS)

Daily Work Schedule Class- Boxes from 1 to 9 are checked/whatever you maintained your DWS class grouping

Daily Working Schedule Class (0) not checked ..

Planned Hours =0   (not checked)

]Planned Hours >0 (For Normal working hrs (more than Half day)

Hours and Days

Quota Multiplier 100%

For OFF/HOLIDAYS  (Sunday/Public holiday)

In Table V_T556C

weekdays - All Checked (sunday/PH )

Holiday Class - Only Not a Public Holiday Checked&check Public holiday 1,2,(based on holiday type)

Day type- Only Work Acc to Work Schedule Checked

Counting Class for Period Work Schedule - All boxes is checked (0 to 9/check whatever you maintained counting class for your PWS)

Daily Working Schedule Class (0) check ..

Planned Hours =0-check

]Planned Hours >0 (For Normal working hrs (more than Half day)

Hours and Days<for  half day leave

Quota Multiplier 100%

Based on your leave type and conditions wise you have to maintain the counting rules
