Adding Custom field in MIRO under details tab

Hello Gurus,

I need to add custom field in MIRO under details tab.

The requirement is such that if i select document type Services (RS doc type) in details tab , the custom field added in the details tab should be made mandatory.

Please suggest the complete steps how can i achieve this.
