DA error

Via PO13 when changes are made to the position and saved ( relationship change A003), IT41 screen comes up with the message (Data Type 12 already exists). IT41 screen should not come up via PO13. I am thinking, may be DA is the reason but can't figure out which DA.

How can I fix the issue that PO13 should not bring up IT41.

Please help.
