Dispatcher in dialog queue standstill status

Hi,

We are installaing ECC6.0 EHP5 on Windows 2008 R2 Oracle 11.2. Now the installation stuck at start instance phase. If we try to start the SAP manually in MMC the dispatches initially become green for 2 minutes then the dispatches become Running but dialog queue standstill (Yellow), and all the work processes in new status. If I click on retry button also the installation doesn't go forward.

I am attaching few log files here like dev_disp, dev_w0 and dev_rd. If you need anything else then please let me know
