Generic Extraction from Domain fixed Values

Hello BW gurus

Can somone explain me how to do generic extraction using Domain fixed

values option since, fixed domain is a preferable choice for text

datasources when compared to function module. I need to create a generic text

datasource based on a non-transparent datasource.
