Data Loading Error in EPM 10

Hi All

I am using EPM 10.0, and I trying to load the data into Models from BW.

When i validate transformation file it shows Error--

Error:Validation with data file failed.

and there is no rejected records when I click the Rejected list.

Please help me on this.
