Portal Application opening in new window

Hi Experts,

We installed portal 7.3 for ESS/MSS(HCM 6.0). I assigned employee self service role to an test user.

After I logon to portal && click ant appication for example

(Employee seft service---> Personal Information --->Personal Id----> click on Edit----> after that i clicked the Working Time workset .... but the application is opening in new window. Then i closed the new window && refresh the existing page I am getting an error as show nelow.....)

Can any one faced this type of error before in portal 7.3
