manually give the componets in production order

Hi All,

       How to give the components in production order manually . my client don't have BOM that we give directly in production order if possible how it is pls reply me.

Hi Chak,

What is your scenario for this manual issuance of the components during order creation? Before you do that, theres a lot of things that you should know:

     -you can do the manual insertion of components if this is rare production order, meaning you do not manufacture your product constantly or you just manufacture once/twice a year.

     -note also that you should have reference routing before you create the order.

     -be aware also the production stor. area of your product which is where your component comes from.

     -lastly, if your stocks of your component is a normal stock or a vendor stock. you should take consideration on this.

Overall, its is same with normal production order creation but be aware the impact on your business specially on your financial aspect.

you can add Component into Production order by co02 and than go into Component overview

put Material qty item category and operation by default 10.

In transaction CO2, you can add the material under 'component overview'.
