In our case the transaction currency, company code currency and operating concern currencies are different, then PA translates from company code currency using M rate. Is it possible to use Operating Concern currency for this translation?

Check for COPA exit - COPA0004 - For currency translation.
In it, use the EXIT_SAPLKELU_001 --> This is for changing the exchange rate type for currency translation. (Use the variable E_KURST)

I dont this this is possible. Co Code currency is core currency from which all translations take place.
