Resorce related billing issue

Hi Experts,

I am trying to configure Resource related billing scenario. I have procured a material in wbs and got the actual cost of 100 INR. Sales order is created and wbs element is assigned to it.When i try to run DP91 for the sales order, debit memo request is created. But the condition value in the line item is not showing properly. I want to put 20% margin on actual cost, i.e condition value in debit memo request should be 120 INR. So that i can bill the customer. What configuration i should do for this scenario to get the correct amount in debit memo request.
