Salary and income tax projection statement in ESS /EHP5

Hi ,

we are working on salary and income tax projection statement . We have modified the Schema that is IN00 to ZN00. We have all the pay results for the employee . But in the salary projection sheet in the portal we are not able to find any of the values . Please provide the valuable inputs . Do i need to do any kind of configuration from ESS Side . ?Please oblige

Hello Lokesh,

please comment the source code from line 36 to 39 inside overwrite exit of method HRLOCIN_SFWS_SC_06 within class CL_HRPAYIN_SWITCH_CHECK_06. Kindly perform the activity & then check the tax simplifier application it should work fine.

Hi Deepak,

The solution provided by you is absolutely right . Now the values are getting displayed in the Salary projection sheet . Now the problem is in the portal there is a EDIT button were i can edit the components like SEC 80, SEC80C. Wen i edit over there in the portal what ever values i edited the values are not getting displayed in the sheet. Can u please help wit a solution.

Hello,

Is the "Salary and Income Tax Projection" a part of SAP delivered ESS application. If yes, how can we activate the same in our system. I could NOT locate this application in our system.

Hi Siddharth,

The link you have provided points to EHP6 but the heading of the thread refers to EHP5.

Can we use this application in EHP5 also? Is it already delivered in EHP5 package?

Thanks Siddharth for the confirmation. Will it be right to say that we can also use the Income Tax and Advance claim ESS Webdynpeo ABAP applications in EHP5 as per the SAP Note even though BF HCM_ESS_WDA_2 is mentioned as prerequisite for this in the help.sap.com link.

At present we are trying to use the old Java webdynpro based ESS Income Tax declaration app in our EHP5 landscape. If we can use the ABAP dynpro EHP6 apps then that will be great for us.

Hi Siddharth,

Any comment on the above possibility of whether Income Tax declaration(Web Dynpro ABAP) is also available in EHP5.

I tried creating a link and calling the application but the corresponding webdynpro abap application is missing. Ours is at EA-HRXXX 605 level 23. Could be get this application in EHP5?

This is one of the big missing component for us EHP5.

i heard there was a possibility, but you would neeed to contact SAP support for this to be included for this in the pilot note please check with sap via OSS

Please note that the Salary and Income tax projection statement will

be run for the current date and hence as the statement was being run for

march 2012 it simulates the payroll till that time and then the values

are filled as maintained in the customizing view in the statement.

also there is a constant

there is a constant (SLPRJ) in T511K., please check it
