When you complete the order/notification (TECO/NOCO) the maintenance plan is updated. You can also do this in IP10.

Have a look at the following maintenance plan tables: MPLA, MPOS, MHIS, MHIO

For example :

Order start date ( due )  is on 20.04.2012

and i start work on it today say 10.04.2012 11:00:00

i relase it today  and close it today sayt 10.04.2012  11:45:00

You can check order confirmation data, there is one option of entering operation wise start/end dates & time. Not sure whether it is useful for you,if useful check table AFRU.

Hope this is what you are looking for if you go to transaction IW47 this will display all the confirmations for your given selection criteria.

you can go to the settings and change the display to give you the start and finish dates and times for all the operations etc. You can also display the actual work and duration if this is what you require as the end result.

As per previous relies, you can look at the confirmation documents for the start of any labour work.

The actual start date/time cab be found in the order header on the Dates sub-screen. This data is stored in table AFKO-GSTRI and AFKO-GSUZI.

They are not editable. These fields are derived from the date/times on the confirmation documents.

Please give more details regarding your requirements.
