I would like to know "is there any report where I can get purchase, sales & return quantity of particular material "

Please let me know if there is any standard report in SAP.

MC$G - you can get PO value / quantity, GR value / quantity, GR returns. note: in standard layout, you can't see GR value / quantity, GR returns add it in the layout.

MC+Q - you can get the sales figures.

Also use MB51/MB52/MB5B with the below movement types

101 - purchase

122 / 161 - returns

601 - sales

Hi Former Member,

SAP does not have a report that can show all the information that you are requiring.

You can create a custom report with the information required or you can use several standard reports.

For the case of the purchase order for a specific material you can use the transaction ME2M and with this transaction, if you select the "Selection parameters" as = WE162, you can see for a specific material all the returns related to the GR.

For the case of the sales, you can use VA05.
