Dear gurus,

we have internal batch number assignment.

we want for SFG,RAW,FERT different number range

can it be possible .

Hi,

Do you really want to have a separate number range per material? Usually all materials are sharing the same range.
Via user exit you might be able to assign a number according to your own logic (maybe 1st place to identify the plant, second to identify the producing facility, 3-8 to code the production date and then next number from the range).

You can do this via User exit
SAPLV01Z FB-Exits internal Batch number
SAPLV1ZE FB-Exits external Batch number

You need activate internal number range for each material i.e SFG,FERT & ROH & assign this number range to your batch number.
