Querry related to Shift factor for Late Completion in Multiple Counter Plans

Hi All,

We have activated Shif factor option in Multiple Counter Plans .. as per ECC6.0 EHP5 . Now shift factor for early completion is working fine but i am not able to get Shift factor for Late Completion. I have attached a document pls refer,
