Assigning cost center with a specific number series for a P&L account

Hi experts, I have a problem with cost center assigning. For a particular account ( P&L account), I want the cost center should always start with 4. Any cost center that starts with 4 is ok. Where can I do this. need step by step help. Appreciate your quick response.
