CRM Outbound Q with error " NO Project Scenario " queue deleted

Hello All,

Outbound Queue in CRM which are having 2000 records with error " NO Project Scenario " has been deleted few months before .

Is there any way to update Marketing Elements in Tables : PRPS and CMPB_MAP in R/3 ???

Hi Chandra,

Please apply notes 1238459, 1572961, 1627368. Please note that SAP standard functionality doesn't allow deletion of product category but only for trade promotions which have not been released.

Above notes are not helped much !! Is there any way to upload campaign id from CRM to ECC which were missing in Table : CMPB_MAP , I uploaded object : CRM_MKTPL_R3INT but no luck .

Please run initial download on R3AC1 object CAMPAIGN to load the campaigns into R/3.

Flow context of object : Campaign is from CRM -> CDB , in our case it doesn't work !!

Hello Praneeth,

Can you see if the following check has been completed in your scenario;

1   you MUST register the following queues:
    In CRM: CSAMKTP*
            CRM_MKTPL*
    In R/3: CRM_MKTPL*
            R3AD* ##
2   The masks have to be respected; the name of the newly created WBS
    element in R3 has to match the mask specifications.

3   On the #Basic Data# tab of the marketing element/project the flag
    #Create WBS Element# should be checked.

4   The fields transferred from the CRM marketing element/project to the
    R3 WBS element are: identification, description, plan start date,
    plan end date, actual start date, actual end date.

5   In customizing Customer Relationship Management -> Marketing ->
    Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> System Landscape ->
    Define RFC Connection: The connection to the R3 system should be
    defined.

6   Define Target System (R/3, BW, SEM): the RFC destination should be
    maintained for the identification MKTPLR3.

7   In ADMIN COnsole (Tx. SMOEAC) Objet Type: SITE, click on glasses,
    open the R/3 branch, choose one for the planner, double click on the
site name
    click on site attributes and there define RFC destination

8   Define R/3 Integration Type: the type should be 'middleware'.

9   Define R/3 Project Profile for RFC Destination: the project profile
    from R3 (Project System -> Structures -> Operative Structures ->
    Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) -> Create Project Profile) should be
    assigned next to the name of the R3 destination system.

10  Assign Project Scenarios to Logical System: the project scenario
    from R3 (Project System -> Project Replication -> Define Project
    Scenario) should be assigned next to the RFC destination.

Thanks  , Q which was deleted few months have error as " Exception condition " NO_PROJECT_SCENARIO" raised .

Now the issue is when the user is running report in T code : KE30 he is not getting expected results .

I need to update tables like PRPS and CMPB_MAP with correct campaign id's , since the outbound queue was deleted long back i can't trace the data what was missing .

For example : In CGPL_PROJECT there are 4 k promotions are where only 1 k Marketing Elements are updated in Table : CMPB_MAP .
