Hi All,
My client asking to open posting periods for 2011 and 2012 as well but he don't want special periods.
How can i define the posting periods.
Please explian.

In OB52 enter following values:
In First set of "FROM PERIOD.1 = 1 and year 2011
and TO PERIOD =12 and year 2012
and in second set
FROM PERIDOD.2 = 13 and year 2012
and TO PERIOD = 16 and year 2012

You can maintain in OB52:
From period 1 (3) year 2011
To period 1 (4) year 2011
and
From period 2 (4) year 2012
To period 2 (4) year 2012
This means that you can post in fiscal periods 3 and 4 from 2011 and in period 4 from 2012.
