Fail Job in SM37

Dear SAP gurus and experts,

Currently we can do the setup of the job run in SM37 to send out e-mail once the job is finished. Can SM37 carried out job that send out e-mail only when the job with the status failed?

Kindly advise and provide step to do the setting and kindly advise whether ABAP needs to be involved.
