Transaction launcher

Hello dear friends.
The point is
I need to place the link which will start the transaction "crmc_action_job".
I have already done the bsp application in a se80 transaction
and
in transaction launcher I defined start conditions.
So here is the problem: where should I specify needed transaction and how should I do that?
