Default Amount to Wage Types

Hi Friends,

I am working for international payroll but I am facing a problem in finding how the wage type valuation in done in infotype 0008, I checked in SPRO it is not done from wage type valuation or indirect valuation. Whenever creating infotype 0008 for a new employee based on his grade wage type values are coming automatically, despite of writing values manually system takes the predefined values, So how to find that how & where the valuation is done for these wage types.

    Group the control features for wage type specifications used for
    recording basic pay data.

  Use

    Planned Payment Specification table (T539A)

  Procedure

    The planned payment specification in table T539A for adding basic pay
    records (infotype 0008) can be defined in conjunction with these control
    features: company code, personnel area, personnel subarea, employee
    group, employee subgroup and the subtype of the record.

    The return code matrix has the following structure: XX/YYYYYYYY, which
    has the following meaning:
    XX     maximum number of wage types per record
    YYYYYYYY     name of the wage type model from T539A.

If its during hiring action, then check once Dynamic action table. During action, we can populate through dynamic action too.

No I am not getting "I" against any wage type.

wage type valuation is done directly or by inval and by maintaining const ,so check all the tables where wage types are maintained and note the wage type which is displaying  in 0008 and check out the validity date for that employee if u dont want that amount to be not displayed delimit the respective wage type ,,..

any issues also check wage type group and its permissibility for that esg,psa and for infotype

check the following tables

t510

t511

t539j

t7ina7 and t7ina9

i think this might solve u r issue..

Prasad I have checked all these tables no default values have been maintained in these tables.

Dear Abhimanyu Mudgal,

Goto SPRO>> Personnel Management>> Payroll Data>> Basic Pay>> Then Wagetypes>>Then Wage types Characteristic.

Here when u double click on ur wage types for IT0008, you have Indirect eval.module, Make it TARIF if it is SUMME and then check.

Also check the valuation of base wagetype in the same head of basic pay in Personnel management.

I hope this will resolve your issue.

Ravi that's what I am not able to find where the default values are maintained which is automatically coming in infotype 0008, also I have checked that it has not been done in valuation of base wage types & in indirect valuation.

May be in T7INA7, wage types are maintained ...

Which should not as its RAPs.. Only HRA should be maintained if any limit is there...

You can check that , if Basic wage types is also maintained there or what..

I am not sure but somehow I have across with this.

If some value is maintained there, It automatically reflects in infotype 0008.

In table V_T510 wage types are maintained but amount is not maintained here and there is no entry in table V_T710. Sujith this is a new topic not the old one.
