How to delete a Project when get User Status error messages?

Hi,

I have a Project which has been created wrongly and needs to be deleted. But when I try to delete it from CJ20N I just get an error message telling me that the User Status is wrong - I've tried every User Status we've got configured (New, Approved, Rejected, Completed) and it makes no difference. I can't delete the Project, or mark it for deletion, or close it.

Does anyone know how I can get round this and delete the Project?

Hello Val,

I could not sure what is error message you have received. Please try to execute Program: CNSTATUS to see if there is inconsistency of status and correct it.

No inconsistencies were reported, but we amended the status settings anyway and it deleted OK.

For the particular user status check if there are any restrictions in place. If yes, remove all the restrictions and then try closing the project. You may have to change these user status settings once to close this project and then revert to the previous settings once the project is closed/deleted.
