Dear Experts,
In my QAS(quality) and PRD(production) the workload data is not getting generated.
however in my DEV(development) its getting generated.
i have checked all the settings in QAS like timezone,TCOLL table,SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR job all the settings are same as DEV.
and in QAS when i click on workload collector data i am getting error as "No directory for QAS available" and i checked the stat file at the OS level and it is getting updated.
in the SAPWLSERV table also the data is showing correct.
Please experts help me on this to resolve.and let me know if any logs or any more information i need to provide.
Thanks,
Veeresh K R

Veeresh,
I encountered the same problem 2 weeks ago. The problem was caused by invalid time zone date in client 000. As Nicholas, mentioned, check your timezones in client 000.
SA38 - Report name = TZCUSTHELP
SA38 - Report name = TZONECHECK
Note 198411 includes a data file to update the 000 tables. This note did not affect any other client and it fixed the problem that I encountered,
Cheers,
Rick

Dear All,
stat/file and stat/as_file parameters are correct and in al11 all the directory structure are correct.
Now i have found one new thing that the table SWNCMONIINDEX contains no data.
Dear experts correct me if i am wrong bcoz i am thinking that this is the reason behind the issue.
and let me know how to make the data to be updated in this table.
Thanks & Regards,
Veeresh K R.

Hi Veeresh,
The error "No directory for QAS available" seems to be indicating a problem with your directory parameters. I would execute transaction AL11 in your QAS and PRD systems and compare the directory parameters from your working DEV system. The stat files ST03N make use of are stored in /usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/data so check the directory parameters with this and compare them to your working system. It's possible someone may have accidently deleted one of these parameters used by the program.
Another thing I would also check is the stat/file and stat/as_file instance parameters and make sure they are pointing to the correct location. Use RZ10/RZ11 for this.
Regards,
Nelis
