Can i track a user for his previous day's activities in sap i.e ( changes made to program, Deletions of Prgs, FM, Function Groups, OR creation of Prgs FM , FGs)

Just speak to your Security / Basis team to track the changes of users through user trcking.

Use table to see changes made by users

CDHDR - Header data changes

CDPOS - Line item data changes

PFCG - User profiles
