cost capture through measuring points

Hi,Friends

Right now iam capturing Energy meter readings through measuring documents aganist Functional locations now at the end of month i want to

enter amount for consumed units.in the report i want to see total month units along with cos.

your response is highly appriciated .

you can enter it as a free text

if your ratio is fixed and can be derived as a direct proportion you can even try a work around

in CUNI for unit of measurement Energy you can define a dummy UOM

in the conversion denominator / neumerator field define the conversion ; for this you will have to consider the SI unit ( joule ) . if the rate per KWH is INR 7.2 then you need to maintain 2 ( 7200 / 3600 ) in the denominator.

then you will get this in the alternate UOM button, and can display the value in the translation window.
