GRC10 - Monitor drop-down list empty when assigning mitigating control

Hello,

We are trying to configure and test GRC 10.0. Data was migrated from GRC 5.3. When our SOD administrator tries to assign a user to a mitigating control the drop down for Monitor is empty (NetWeaver Business Client -> Access Management -> Mitigated Users). She clicks on the Assign Tab, fills in the criteria but there is no monitor in the drop down nor is there the ability to type one in. However, there is a notification if she assigns the wrong control to the rule so it is accessing the table that contains the data. We checked the mitigating controls within GRC and the monitors are there. Is there a setting or configuration step that needs to be done to make a connection?

I searched and found what I believe was a solution for RAR, but I am unable to find one (or any help documentation) for ARA. Please advise.
