How to add recipients to recipient list

Hi Experts,

May I know  how to add recipients to recipient list, i dont know when i try to add my user i could able to add but i want to add 2 more users i could not, is there any reson behind like authorization or some parameter etc.. please suggest.

hi Nilesh,

please open trans solman_setup. than go further to "application operations" > "Early Watch Alert Management" and go through the roadmap.

Hi,

First you need to maintain global recipients list, create your user either from solman, managed system or external user.

After that, create recipient list, where is like a group of user, eg: Basis, Functional, etc. Assign the global recipient created to your recipient list.

is it possible to configure an auto-notification for sending the email/sms??? In my case i´d like to send out the notification e-mail e.g 2 hours before the action will start, i have scheduled yesterday maybe.

Hi, once you have activate system monitoring there you can send notifications at global level, template level or metric level under solman_setup==>System monitoring

Hi Jose,

thx, yes system monitoring is already activated.

I could send notifications manually after scheduling an IT event or Work Mode. But is it possible to configure "pre-notifications" - you (user list) will get an e-mail automatically e.g. 4 or 8 hours before an IT Event or Work Mode will start/is scheduled. Is this possible to configure?
