Talent Management- MSS Talent information iview problem

Hi,

I have started the configuration of Talent Management module in EHP4.

Talent Profile is now working correctly in ESS.

However in MSS > iview Talent Infomation has some buttons like Talent profile which are working. It displays the names of the employees and if i select the row and click on the button nothing happens.

Can you please give me some idea what i might be missing. The basic configuration is done.
